A New Chapter for me...HCG!

I have finally decided after loosing 20 pounds on my own since July 2010, (mostly by cutting out soda and the midnight munchies...thanks goodness for Stevia and Starbucks Green Tea) that I need a little boost to shed the next 20 pounds. I have read and researched tons about using HCG. I decided that the shots would work best for me since, I am usually on the go and I can not for the life of me ever remember anything let alone time taking the drops several times a day before eating. I started my Loading days on Wed. May 25, 2011. I ate so many fattening foods and drank I don't know how many Starbucks drinks on those 2 days I never want another Venti Caramel Macciatto with extra whip from Starbucks again...ha! who am I kidding (I will eventually, but far into my future).

I am so far doing very well on the HCG, I have stuck to it with no cheating. I hear the first week can be the most difficult, and I can see why...making meals for others in the family who can eat anything :( but, I will reap the rewards and a rockin' body (hopefully). My will power has been kicking in and I am very proud of myself. I can do it YES I can!!! This is what I tell my self every time I think of something sweet. I have a bad sweet tooth, I find adding cinnamon and vanilla stevia to my apples helps a ton, also I'm loving a strawberry smoothie, YUMMY!!! I got my Vanilla Stevia from Amazon for $8.98 shipped that is by far the cheapest I have EVER found it. (I have a link on the upper left corner for this). You will not regret trying this it is well worth the money, I have only used 3/4 of a bottle in 6 months so it last forever.

Urgent Prayer Request for the Sullivans!!

The Sullivans have been married for 5 years. I'm not 100% sure of details but she had breast cancer during her pregnancy. She ended up having to have an emergency c-section this week and soon after they got home started seizing. She is now on life support and they may have announced her brain dead. They have a brand new baby Chloe. I just keep thinking about this young guy that may not only have to grieve the love of his life but will be left with a brand new baby. I can't imagine. Please pray. (Since I wrote this - she has gone on to be with Jesus). This young husband REALLY needs your prayers.

URGENT PRAYERS for STELLAN

I follow My Charming Kids blog her son Stellan has a heart condition SVT (rapid heart beat aka Supraventricular Tachycardia). URGENT PRAYERS are needed for Sweet Sweet Stellan, his SVT is still persisting. Stellan is listless, grey, has low blood pressure, thready pulses, cold extremities, has a low core body temp, clammy. Overall, Stellan is NOT doing well AT ALL.

Its Been Some time...

...so I decided to post about what has been going on at the Cavanagh's, well let me say we Welcome Colton William to our family with open arms, he is now 2 months old, Quinn his big brother is loving almost every minute of him. I can see now they will be close as they grow up together. My G-Ma "O" passed away in April and it has been very tought on our family with her not being here with us, we all know she is not suffering in pain anymore and is happy to be in heaven I know she is playing with Colin for me. Love you G-ma and Colin I think of both you every day!! on a happier note... Quinn celebrated his 2nd Birthday wih bubbles, balloons, swimming and many good friends we enjoyed a fun filled day.

I have started to work again but only part time so its not to bad I have been busy, busy, busy, changing twice as many diapers, getting spit-up on after feeds, watching Quinn run all over and pull out every toy he owns, I am thankfully loving every minute of it!!! Skyler and Shealynn they are getting so big Sky looks like a little girl he wants to have long hair so be it. I will be cutting it soon and he will be mad but Oh whell what can a mom do I have to break down sometime. Shealynn is growing up so fast she is outgrowing Sky, she is a great helper when I can get her to help, LOL!! Well hopefully I can get myself to post more often, it seems to be a good therapy. good buy for now until next time....here are a few pictures
